Data, purposes and legal basis

With your consent, we collect data about your use of the site in Google Analytics 4: cookie identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location derived from your IP address (the IP address itself is not stored), pages visited, the referrer and events such as clicking a phone number.

The purpose is to analyse traffic and improve the site. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Storing information or accessing information already stored on your terminal equipment requires your consent under Art. 399(1)(2) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024 (Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej, Dz.U. 2024 poz. 1221).

Regardless of consent, we process technical request data (IP address, time, URL, device and browser information) in server and CDN logs in order to ensure the security and correct operation of the site. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

When a page containing a map is loaded, the OpenStreetMap Foundation receives your IP address and technical request data. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in displaying the location map (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not make decisions concerning you based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects or otherwise significantly affects you.

Recipients and data transfers

The data is received by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (providers of Google Analytics 4), Cloudflare, Inc. (CDN and traffic protection) and the OpenStreetMap Foundation (map provider). Data may be transferred outside the EEA, including to the USA. In such cases we apply the safeguards required by the GDPR; details are available at the email address above.

Retention period

We retain data in Google Analytics 4 for 14 months. The _ga and _ga_* cookies expire after 2 years. We store your consent choice in localStorage until you change or delete it.

We retain server and CDN logs for the period necessary to ensure security and pursue claims.

Cookies

We set the _ga and _ga_* cookies only after you give consent. Without consent, Google Analytics 4 is not loaded. You may withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie settings on this site. You can also manage cookies through the settings of the software installed on your device or through your service configuration.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability and to object, to the extent provided for by the GDPR. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
